Welcome to the SABM Winter Newsletter!
Greetings. We welcome you to the first edition of this new year. A few exciting changes are in store for 2018.
First, we will be releasing three newsletters per year moving forward, not four, which allows us to pack each edition with outstanding features, news, and views. We will begin regularly promoting our members-in-print, including the publications in our collaborative PBM subsection in Anesthesia & Analgesia. Of course, if you or your colleagues have scholarly works or presentations via other venues, please send them our way so we might announce these too.
Additional mentor/mentee testimonials will be included. More of the membership is participating in this program and we love to hear your feedback and experiences. Finally, keep your eyes open for the latest updates on the 2018 Annual Meeting in Brooklyn, the 2019 meeting booked in Baltimore, new links to educational opportunities, and a meet-our-new-board-members section. Peruse the excellent content provided not only by the Newsletter Team, but more importantly by member contributors. We so enjoy featuring the membership, allowing everyone a look at your individual and hospital affiliate achievements.
Thank you for sharing.
Relax, read, learn, and enjoy.
Best, Dr. Carolyn Burns
