Iron deficiency remains the most common and often under-recognized cause of anemia across all patient populations. Whether encountered in chronic illness, perioperative care, or specific conditions like heart failure and heavy menstrual bleeding, untreated iron deficiency can delay recovery, reduce quality of life, and increase healthcare costs.

Iron Corner was created by SABM to provide clinicians with:
